The apartment suite occupies the entire first and second floor of this beautiful Georgian town house which dates back to the early 19th Century. It has retained much of this Regency character with its high ceilings and large tall windows which flood the rooms with natural daylight. The apartment has been lovingly redecorated throughout to enhance its grandeur and furnished with contemporary pieces to provide you with a comfortable and homely living space. Nearby attractions, the International Conference Centre  and the town centre are easily accessible by foot.
There are numerous restaurants, cafes and shops nearby to cater for your every need. The Harrogate theatre and Royal Hall have many events throughout the year.

The living room and large double bedroom both have double aspect windows, with stunning views towards The Stray in one direction, and the green shrubs of a small park  on  the other side. Both the railway and bus station are a few minutes walk giving you a unique advantage of easy access to many attractions around Harrogate as well as proximity to the natural beauty of the Yorkshire Dales. On the first floor, there is a large living room with comfortable sofas where you can relax, read or watch TV. The room is filled with natural light throughout the day and due to it west facing location you can still enjoy the warm sunshine that comes through in the evenings after a day out in Yorkshire. One of the sofas folds out to become a double bed. There is also a newly-fitted bespoke designer kitchen with high quality fittings.
